- Is FireFlo a one-off purchase or a rental?
- A rental. You get a fully hosted, managed tenant billed monthly — no upfront licence and no servers to operate.
- What do we manage versus FireFlo?
- FireFlo runs the infrastructure, routes, updates and monitoring. You manage channels, campaigns, agents and contacts from the portal and APIs.
- How fast can we go live?
- Most tenants are live within a week, with channel onboarding (WhatsApp verification, number porting, SIP) running in parallel.
- Can we use our own carrier and numbers?
- Yes. You connect your own SIP carrier and port your numbers, and link your Meta accounts; FireFlo hosts and runs the platform on top.
- Can resellers white-label it?
- Yes. Enterprise tenancies include white-label portals, sub-tenants and reseller billing.
