Do I need my own carrier and Meta accounts?
Yes. You bring your SMS and voice carrier (Telco or SIP uplink) and your Meta accounts; FireFlo hosts and runs the platform on top.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move from Starter to Growth to Enterprise as you grow — it is a rental, so there is no re-platforming.
Do resellers get special terms?
